CALL FOR ENTRIES! – The EWZ.SELECTION SWISS PHOTO AWARD is Switzerland’s most prestigious award honoring excellence in photography. Showcasing the breadth of Swiss photography for the past sixteen years, the award is now looking for the best work of 2013. Deadline for entries is JANUARY 13, 2014. The Swiss Photo Award is geared to photographers who live in Switzerland and/or have Swiss citizenship, and to photographers whose work has been published in Switzerland. Photographers enter their work in a specific category: Architecture, Advertising, Editorial, Fashion, Fine Art, Free or Reportage. Among this year’s jury members are, Frédérique Hutter of KATZ CONTEMPORARY Zürich, Petra Göllnitz, Photo Editor STERN Hamburg, Andréa Holzherr of MAGNUM PHOTOS Paris, or Thom Pfister, Creative Director at KOMET Bern. The EWZ.SELECTION SWISS PHOTO AWARD exhibition will open on Thursday, May 15, at 5pm at ewz-Unterwerk Selnau in Zürich.
